OUR STORY

Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about promoting the talents and abilities of young people. We have a strong network of contacts in the education sector and a proven track record of organising successful events and awards ceremonies that celebrate the achievements of young professionals and promote opportunities in different industries.

We’re thrilled to announce the third edition of the “Building The Future Awards,” following the success of our inaugural event. These awards aim to celebrate and honour the outstanding contributions of young professionals in the construction industry. Our event highlights the crucial role played by industry professionals, educators, and students while also shedding light on the evident skills gap and shortage in the sector.

While we recognise the importance of traditional avenues like apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and trainee opportunities, we also understand the need to address social mobility for disadvantaged, displaced, or marginalised individuals and promote skills transfer. By showcasing the talents and achievements of young professionals in construction, we believe we can contribute to building a brighter future for all.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the accomplishments of these young professionals and play a part in shaping the future of the construction industry.
