In the face of an industry-wide skills shortage and changing workforce demands, the Building the Future Awards shines a spotlight on individuals who are not just succeeding but transforming the UK’s construction sector.

The purpose of the Careers Fair and Construction Summit is to help close the skills gap and address the workforce shortage in the construction industry. We aim to inspire the next generation to explore careers in construction and provide them with the knowledge and opportunities they need to succeed.

Each year, the Building the Future Awards bring together over 600 attendees from across the UK construction and built environment sector.
