Empowering a New Generation in Construction
In the face of an industry-wide skills shortage and changing workforce demands, the Building the Future Awards shines a spotlight on individuals who are not just succeeding but transforming the UK’s construction sector.
WHO ATTENDS?
Each year, the Building the Future Awards bring together over 600 attendees from across the UK construction and built environment sector.
The room includes:
• Senior leaders from contractors, consultants, developers, and SMEs
• Universities, FE colleges, and training providers
• Employers leading on skills, social value, and innovation
• Industry partners, policymakers, and influencers
• Students, apprentices, and early-career professionals
